| The cabinet is
colour matched to the door that is ordered unless specifically specified.
These matches |
| are not identical so be sure to show your customer a sample.

| The cabinet is made from Egger high density 18mm
MFC. |
| |
| The back is made from Egger 8mm MFC and is grooved into the cabinet. This
enables the cabinet to be |
| squared up when pressed and keeps the weight
down. |
| |
| Cabinets are pressed from both top and sides to
ensure there are no twists which cause doors to be out of line. |
| |
| The front edge of the cabinet is edged in 2mm ABS edging which gives a
very tactile finish. |
| All other edging is 0.4mm. |
| |
| All base and wall unit cabinets are glued and doweled with the exception
of tall housings and base L units.. |
| |
| Base cabinets have a 47mm void which
allows 1.5" pipe runs to be used throughout. This is not possible
|
| when using 18mm backs. |
| |
| Interior depth of cabinet is 505mm which accommodates all wirework. |
| |
| Wall unit service
void is 22mm and again allows for 15mm vertical pipe runs. |
| |
| Interior depth of wall units is 265mm ( Blum Aventos soft lifts are 280mm
deep ) |

| All hinged cabinets have Blum inline plates that are cam adjustable. |
| |
| Standard hinges are Blum 120 degree opening with integrated soft
close. |
| |
| Hinged cabinets that have drawers in carry Blum's Nil Protrusion hinge
which enables drawers to open. |

| Buffers are drilled into
the reverse of doors and drawer fronts on complete furniture. |
| |
| All doors and drawer fronts are factory fitted and are delivered on the cabinet. |

| All drawers are intivo Silk White with the option of Terra Black Drawer |

| All top drawers are 450mm deep front to back and are soft close.
This allows for gas connections or |
| electrical sockets to sit behind top
drawer. Sockets can be pre-installed by us in this area if required. |

| All drawers below the top drawer are 500mm deep and soft close which gives
10% more storage |
| space per drawer. A very significant selling point. |

| On complete kitchens all wide drawers have a front stabilizing support to
stop the bottom bowing. |

| All deep pan drawers are 220mm in height with solid sides to the top of the drawer. |
| Glass sides are an optional extra if required. |

| There are 6 different drawer depths to choose from if required. 270mm,
350mm, 400mm, |
| 450mm, 500mm and 650mm. |
| |
| All interior fittings like Magic Corners, Le
Mans and Pullout Larders are factory fitted. |
| Plate and Bottle racks are
fitted on complete orders only. |

| Cabinets are wrapped then palletized to avoid damage. Tall units come
rigid and wrapped on their own. |

| Units are clearly labeled by line number from
the order so checking is easy. |
| |
